We gently wax key areas such as the upper lip, chin, cheeks and jawline (as needed), using professional techniques to help minimise irritation.   • Due to the nature of our procedures and the confines in which we work, absolutely NO visitors/children will be allowed into the studio during any of the services.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24 hours before appointment.

  • To reschedule / cancel your appointment for any reason, please do so via the booking confirmation email or app using the “manage booking” option.
  • *PLEASE NOTE that if you arrive 15 mins or later for your scheduled appointment, your treatment will not proceed.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (on the day of appointment) will be required to pay in full before a new booking can be made.
  • *No shows WILL NOT be rebooked*
